Data we collect
We collect account credentials (mobile number, OTP), KYC documents (CNIC image), payment references (JazzCash/EasyPaisa transaction IDs), gameplay history, and device metadata (Android version, device model, IP address).
How we use your data
Your data is used to operate the platform, process payouts, prevent fraud, comply with local regulations, and personalise promotions. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
Data storage
All data is stored on encrypted servers located in secure data centres. Payment card data is never stored on our servers — top-ups are handled by JazzCash and EasyPaisa directly.
Cookies & tracking
The website uses first-party cookies only, for session management and analytics. You may disable cookies in your browser without affecting the mobile app.
Third-party services
We use JazzCash, EasyPaisa and iTech Labs for payments and RNG certification respectively. Each partner has its own privacy policy that governs the data we share with them.
Your rights
You may request an export or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@dragontigerclubgame.pk. We respond to all requests within 30 days.
Data retention
Account data is retained for 5 years after account closure to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations.
Children
The platform is strictly for players aged 18 and above. Accounts detected as belonging to minors are permanently closed and balances forfeited.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated periodically. Material changes will be notified via in-app banner at least 14 days before taking effect.
